“You”, “user”, “guest” refers to any person using the website or booking Services.

“Booking” means any reservation of Services made via our website (or otherwise) for activities, events, tours, stays etc.

“Services” includes but is not limited to stays, horse-back safari, nature walks, adventure activities, site rentals, etc.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking (unless otherwise agreed in writing). By making a booking, you represent and warrant that: you are legally capable of entering into these Terms; the information you provide is true, complete and accurate.
4. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made in accordance with the instructions on the website.

Payment must be made via the accepted payment methods. Until full payment is received, bookings are not confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking at our discretion (for example, if incorrect/incomplete information is provided or if there is a problem with payment).

Prices are as stated on the website at the time of booking (unless otherwise agreed). We reserve the right to change prices at any time before booking confirmation.

6. Use of Services

You agree to comply with all instructions, safety rules and guidelines provided by us for the Services.

You assume all risks associated with participation in activities (including horse-back safari, nature walks, etc) unless caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

You must behave responsibly, respect our property, equipment, staff and other guests. We reserve the right to refuse service or eject any guest whose behaviour we deem inappropriate or unsafe, without refund.
7. Health & Safety

You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the booked activity. If you have any medical condition, disability or are pregnant, you must inform us in writing at the time of booking and we may require a medical certificate.

We maintain certain safety standards and equipment, but you acknowledge that participation in nature/adventure activities involves inherent risks.
8. Photo/Video & Use of Materials

We may take photographs or video recordings of our facilities, activities and guests. By participating you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such materials for marketing, promotional and other business purposes.

If you wish to opt out of being filmed/photographed, please inform us in advance.
9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, logos, graphics and software, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view, download or print copies of content for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use (e.g., reproduction, modification, distribution) requires our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us and our officers, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your breach of these Terms; your negligent or wilful misuse of the Services; your violation of any law or rights of third parties.
12. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations if it is caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government order, public health emergency, labour disputes). In such event we will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the effect and notify you as soon as practicable.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
