Refund Policy
All bookings at Wild Retreat are prepaid. Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel relative to your scheduled experience.
50% Refund — Cancellations
If cancelled 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled slot, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
No Refund — Cancellations Within 24 Hours
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled slot are non-refundable.
No Refund — Post-Event
No refund will be provided after the scheduled slot has passed or once the ride/experience has commenced.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 15–20 days.
Non-arrival and participation
No refund is available for non-arrival or after an experience has commenced. Please arrive 15–20 minutes early; late arrival may shorten your activity or result in cancellation.
Participation is subject to the Safety & Risk Notice and the trainer’s instructions. These terms are subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
Requesting and tracking a refund
Contact our team with your booking ID and payment reference. Our team will review eligibility and confirm the approved amount. A cancellation or refund request does not itself mean that money has been returned.
Direct UPI refunds are handled by our team, not automatically by the website. An approved refund may be recorded as pending, initiated or refunded. Contact us if you need an update on its progress.
